I am the Director of a scholarship scheme focusing on increasing the number of health professionals working in rural areas. We focus on identifying, training and supporting rural youth in order to achieve this objective. I am thus interested in articles about other scholarship or bursary schemes with similar aims as well as retention of HW's in rural areas
