Associate Professor Lara Fuller is an academic General Practitioner with experience leading teams to design and deliver effective rural medical education programs. Lara has directed Deakin University Longitudinal Clerkship program and led the establishment of an end-to-end Rural Training Stream in the Doctor of Medicine course. Lara’s research is directed towards understanding best practice in comprehensive, socially accountable program design and evaluating workforce outcomes for rural communities
