Dr. Cheryl Armstrong is an Associate Professor, Clinical, at the University of Utah College of Nursing. She has over 30 years experience working with women and newborn populations in Labor and Delivery, Newborn ICU, and Postpartum. She is also interested in women's and children's health across the lifespan and has worked with several groups focused on improving the health of women and children. Dr. Armstrong currently teaches nursing students in both undergraduate and graduate programs where she is significantly involved in curriculum design, education assessment, continuing education, professionalism, standards for accreditation, and evidence-based practice.
