Serve rural communities and rural health as the Medical Advisor for Rural Health for Queensland Health (government department). My principle business is policy and strategy in rural health with particular emphasis on rural medical workforce. I've interest and experience in medical workforce development and training, recruitment and retention. Am committed to development of a vocational pathway of excellence to rural medical practice including rural generalist practice (providing specialist level services with advanced practice skills.)
