Introduction of Chairperson Yun-Jeong Cha Korea Institute for Safety and Culture Education Center Chairperson Yun-Jeong Cha of the Korea Institute for Safety Culture Education is a distinguished scholar and practitioner who has completed the Ph.D. coursework in Crisis Management at Chungbuk National University. She has dedicated her career to bridging academic research and practical implementation in the fields of safety culture, crisis response, and community resilience, making significant contributions to both academia and society.
