Dr Umunna Anthony is currently a Researcher and an Associate in Occupational Health & Safety. He graduated as a Dentist (B.D.S) from the University of Benin, Nigeria, and obtained a masters degree (MA) in Health and Welfare Management from the Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University, in Port Elizabeth, South Africa. His masters' dissertation was on oral health Management planning in Lesotho, which found among other things that transportation could seriously hamper Primary Health services and has serious implications for health access and therefore equity of health services. He has also worked as an expatriate in Zimbabwe with the Southern Provincial Medical Directorate from 2002-2005.And in his work in Lesotho since 2005 contributed in the preparation of a draft Oral Health Policy and the data management and analysis of the 2010-2011 School Oral Health Survey. He Also Obtained Certifications in Occupational Health & Safety (NEBOSH UK) and Disaster Management (TATA Institute).
